In NZ they refer to the weekender or the beach house as a 'batch' why ??? well buggered if I know but this NZ company builds very cool kit houses - numerous great kit house designs, perfect for beach house "I want one!"

New Hotham
If the developments shown here go to plan, Mt Hotham will double over the next few years, creating an uber stylish resort for as long as the Australian ski winters last.
